This cold-use clear gel is transparent, easy to apply, and provides a long-lasting shine. It is ready to use, suitable for brushing, and has a firm texture. Ideal for gelling fruit, it can be applied directly to fresh or frozen tortes and pastries without thinning or heating. Recommended working temperature: 20–24 °C.
