Instant dessert flan Natural vanilla, quick one-step preparation without gelatine. A little goes a very long way: 450g provides 28 portions of 120g each. Bring 3l of milk to the boil, add 450g of powder to the milk, and boil for 1 minute. Pour into prepared molds and put into the fridge at 5°C to set. After cooling, remove from the mold, decorate, and serve. Ideal for crème brûlée and crema catalana
