Just as nature turns valuable materials into minerals and gemstones through crystallisation, the Masters of Swiss Edel Couvertures™  since 1931 at CARMA® use their passion and experience to turn different varieties of cocoa into brilliant Edel Couvertures. Each one a precious jewel. We have access to a wide range of raw materials in Switzerland as well as in cocoa producing countries, we perfect the processing of our Swiss couvertures in our own factory in Dubendorf and have a Chocolate Academy™ center that magically transforms these delicate couvertures into stunning mouth-watering creations.
