The FBK has come to an end and the Swiss CARMA® team looks back at a hectic yet rewarding time. A lot of activities took place around the brand CARMA® at the largest Swiss food event this January. We had the pre-selection of the Swiss Chocolate Master won by Geraldine Müller Maras. We also launched the first Cake Design event where we crowned the first Cake Designer to be part of the professionals voice network. The CARMA® booth offered a lot of new exciting experiences: the launch of our new couverture Gold Quintin, Chocolate Academy™ Center demonstrations and the first ones in Switzerland to have a 3D chocolate printer up and running.
