
Carma pastry glazes have a long tradition. It is important for us to always adapt our products to new requirements and developments. This is why we now use only non-hydrogenated fats in the recipes of our "Original" range. This makes our glazes healthier for the consumer as the hydrogenation of fats produces trans fatty acids which are known to increase the risk of coronary heart diseases. At the same time we were able to improve the chocolate taste of our products and give them an even better shine.
